Mille Miglia Rolls Tuesday. 400 Cars. Go.
Five days from now, 400 pre-'57 machines leave Brescia — and this year's figure-eight route through the Alps is the best in decades.
2,000 km, five stages, 140 timed trials, 29 nations, departure Brescia June 9 — with Vesco chasing a seventh consecutive win. The route crosses the Cavallo Pass, Abetone, Furlo Gorge and winds to Rome and back; r/cars called it 'the only event that still gives me actual goosebumps.'
The 44th edition of the Mille Miglia re-enactment departs Brescia on Tuesday 9 June and concludes Saturday 13 June, following a 'figure-eight' layout — a direct nod to the original pre-war route structure used in the race's first twelve editions. More than 400 crews from 29 nations have been accepted, with 77 entries carrying documented participation in the original 1927–1957 speed race. The route is a proper pastoral epic: Cavallo Pass on day one, east-to-west through Ferrara, Modena and over the Abetone on day two, Rome as the turning point on day three, then north through Assisi, Gubbio, and the Furlo Gorge on day four before the Adriatic coast finale into Brescia on day five. Andrea Vesco — already a six-time consecutive winner — is the clear favourite again, though with 140 timed regularity trials across the route, history says upsets happen. The 2026 edition carries added significance: it is the penultimate edition before the 2027 centenary, when the Mille Miglia marks 100 years since its 1927 debut. Modena's lunch stop on Wednesday 10th places the convoy squarely in Motor Valley, with Maranello just 20km away — a detail that never gets old.

Singer Gets the Goodwood Throne. July 9.
Singer is Goodwood FoS 2026's Central Feature — and the new Carrera Cabriolet is the car they're bringing to the party.
Singer headlines the Central Feature sculpture in front of Goodwood House, July 9–12; the Carrera Cabriolet — 420hp Cosworth NA flat-six, lightweight 'Z pattern' folding roof — is the freshest commission. Rennlist's pcar.club aggregator headlined it 'Singer's Coolest Creation Yet?' — the open-top crowd appears to be in full agreement, no caveats filed.
Goodwood confirmed Singer Vehicle Design as the 2026 Festival of Speed Central Feature marque — the most prominent single-brand slot at the world's most-watched hillclimb event. Singer founder Rob Dickinson has been bringing cars to the Goodwood Hill since 2015 and the company has used the venue to premiere every major model since the DLS in 2018, the Classic Turbo in 2022, the DLS Turbo in 2023 and the Carrera Coupe in 2025. The 2026 debut car is the Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet Reimagined by Singer, shown publicly for the first time on February 13, 2026. It features a 420hp naturally aspirated 4.0-litre flat-six developed with Cosworth, a new lightweight 'Z pattern' folding roof mechanism engineered specifically for this commission, carbon-fibre bodywork, and a touring-focused specification with speed-activated rear wing. It builds directly on the Carrera Coupe platform but adds the open-air dimension that a significant portion of Singer's customer base has reportedly been requesting for years. The DLS Turbo is also reaching first owners this year, making 2026 Singer's most active delivery calendar yet. The Festival runs July 9–12; Friday and Saturday passes are already sold out.

Koenigsegg Teases Something Dark. June 25.
Three cryptic teasers, a Jesko Attack-esque wing, and a caption reading 'crafting a legend' — Koenigsegg drops something new in three weeks.
Teasers show a NACA duct front clamshell, vertical brake light on a massive dual-plane wing, and a new greenhouse silhouette unlike anything current; reveal locked for June 25. Reddit r/cars and the Koenigsegg subreddit split between 'hardcore Jesko variant' and 'completely new model' — with Autoblog noting it looks 'too sleek and small-cockpitted to be a Gemera variant.'
Koenigsegg has released a series of three artsy social-media teasers under the caption 'Crafting a Legend,' pointing to a full reveal on June 25, 2026. The visual clues are deliberate: a NACA duct on the front clamshell, an aero bridge, a vertically mounted stop lamp on what appears to be a massive Jesko Attack-style dual-plane wing, and a steering wheel glimpse. The greenhouse silhouette appears new — it doesn't match the Jesko, Gemera, or CC850 lines. Industry speculation ranges from a hardcore, potentially track-only Jesko variant to an all-new platform model previewed earlier by CEO Christian von Koenigsegg, who confirmed two new cars pencilled for 2026. One of those cars is reportedly a homage to a classic Koenigsegg model; the other is expected to debut on a completely new mid-engine chassis later in the year. The standard Jesko already produces 1,280hp on petrol and 1,600hp on E85, so a 'more hardcore' version of that car is a legitimately alarming prospect. All 125 Jeskos are already sold — if this is a new run, expect a sellout before the press release clears the inbox.

Manhart's MH7 700. V12 Returns. 711hp.
Manhart dropped a 711hp V12 saloon into a world that had largely given up on them — and the result is exactly as deranged as it sounds.
Manhart MH7 700: 711hp and 1,050Nm from the BMW 7-Series V12 base, full aero and suspension rework, February 2026 drop. BimmerPost regulars greeted it with the specific reverence reserved for things that are both deeply impractical and entirely correct — 'this is the last of something.'
Manhart's MH7 700 takes the BMW 760i xDrive — already one of the last V12 luxury saloons in production — and turns the wick up to 711hp and 1,050Nm of torque, a substantial step over the factory car's 571hp. The upgrade involves revised turbocharger mapping, Manhart's own ECU remap, an exhaust system rework, and suspension tuning via KW coilover hardware. The visual package follows the house style: carbon front spoiler, side skirts, rear diffuser, and bespoke Manhart wheels. What makes this significant is timing: BMW has confirmed the current V12 engine will not carry over to the next 7-Series generation, meaning every car Manhart can extract this engine from now is, in a very real sense, the end of a lineage. Pagani still uses the Mercedes-AMG V12 through 2030 homologation, but in the saloon segment, Manhart is essentially making limited-edition farewell editions of an engine configuration that defined luxury motoring for 40 years. The MH7 700 was shown publicly at Manhart's MOTORWORLD Cologne/Rhineland showroom in early 2026. No production cap has been stated, but the practicalities of sourcing BMW 760i donor cars will impose their own natural limit.

ABT's 760hp RS Q8. Sleeper. 30 Units.
ABT turned the already-rapid RS Q8 into a 760hp carbon-festooned bruiser — and it still looks like something a Zurich dentist might own.
ABT RSQ8-S kit: 760hp / 722 lb-ft from the 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8, carbon front fascia, 23-inch wheels, quad-pipe exhaust, pricing from ~$63,000 on top of the donor car. The Audi subreddit and motor-talk.de were both characteristically measured about it: 'terrifying resale proposition, perfect Tuesday morning.'
ABT Sportsline's RSQ8-S performance package takes the already formidable Audi RS Q8 Performance — itself good for 640hp from the factory — and pushes it to either 740hp with 678 lb-ft or a full 760hp with 722 lb-ft depending on the stage chosen. That puts it firmly in the territory of exotic GT cars on paper, wrapped in what reads to the casual observer as a moderately specced Audi SUV. The carbon additions are tasteful by tuner SUV standards: matte carbon front fascia, gloss-black arch ventilation with RSQ8-S badging, a carbon rear spoiler, and ABT's quad-pipe stainless exhaust. The 23-inch ABT HIGH PERFORMANCE IR23 wheels round off the exterior. Interior changes are subtle — ABT-branded headrests, carbon shift knob, door sill plates. The kit starts at approximately $63,000 USD, which sounds steep until you do the math on what a Lamborghini Urus Performante costs for less power. ABT has also produced the limited RSQ8 Legacy Edition — 125 examples marking 125 years of company history — but the RSQ8-S kit is the bread-and-butter offering for anyone who wants a family SUV that embarrasses supercars at traffic lights without advertising the fact.
